All bespoke, custom, and made-to-order pieces are final sale, as each item is crafted specifically for you. In the rare event that an error has occurred on our end, we are committed to making it right.

For all other items, including Atriani Living products and in-stock pieces, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Approved returns will be processed less a 10% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our team to obtain return instructions and a Return Authorization number. This authorization is required prior to shipping any items back to us.
