Refund policy

Thanks for choosing to shop with us! We hope you love your new purchase, but if you're not happy with it for any reason, don't worry - you've got 14 days after delivery to return it to us. Just make sure the items are in their original, unused condition and we'll process your return.

Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all returns, except in case of damaged or defective products. In this case, we will fully refund your purchase. Also, shipping costs are not refundable.
Just reach out to us and we will provide you with the return instructions and a return authorization number. It's essential to have it before you ship your package back to us.

Also, please double-check your items upon receipt and let us know if you find any issues with them. We'll be happy to help you out.

Please note that all custom orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable. As each piece is made specifically for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom items.
